The Counsel Letter

A quarterly market letter on the Northern Valley, written for attorneys, CPAs, advisors, lenders, architects, and builders whose clients own or are considering property here. It goes out under your name, or alongside it.

What it is

Each quarter, we produce a careful read on the Northern Valley market — inventory conditions, pricing dynamics, and the three or four questions that professionals like you are hearing from clients. The letter is written for a professional audience that reads closely. It does not assume urgency or a decision in progress. It is designed to be useful background, not a call to action.

How it works

You receive the letter in PDF and email formats. The production version carries your firm name in the masthead. You forward it under your signature, with a brief personal note if you like, and your clients receive it as something that came from you. The Beyder&Co. attribution appears at the close — disclosure, not a sales line. The co-brand is straightforward and takes nothing from your relationship with your client.

What it is not

The letter is not a referral mechanism. It does not pitch your clients to call us. If a client engages us after reading it, it will be because the content was useful and they chose to act. We think of ourselves as the real-estate answer on your professional bench — available when a property question arises, and not present when it does not. The letter reflects that posture exactly.

Distribution

The letter goes out in July for Q3 and in October ahead of year-end planning conversations. We send your co-branded version within 48 hours of onboarding you to the partner list. If a client of yours is already navigating a property decision alongside work you are doing for them, a private valuation or a market read is available outside the quarterly cadence — just reach out.
