Each year we prepare a one-page equity read for homeowners in Bergen County — what the market did, what your home is worth today, and what, if anything, changed. No sales call follows. It is simply the information you should have.

What the Review Covers

A current value range for your specific address, drawn from closed sales in your immediate area over the trailing twelve months. A brief note on what shifted — absorption rate, days on market, the direction of comparable sales — and what that means for your equity position. One page, delivered to your inbox.

Who It Is For

Past clients and any homeowner in the Northern Valley who would like an honest read on where they stand. There is no threshold — the home does not need to be for sale, and there is no obligation to do anything with the information. Most people simply want to know.

How It Works

Submit your name, contact information, and address below. We pull the data, write the read, and send it to you directly — typically within a few business days. If something in the numbers warrants a conversation, we will note that. If not, the page stands on its own.
